Finding Time to Meditate

I love that you're interested in meditation! It has so many benefits that can really improve your life. It can help you reduce stress, improve your focus, and promote overall well-being. That said, I totally understand how difficult it can be to find time to meditate with our busy schedules. In this blog post, I've got some tips that I think can really help you find more time to meditate so you can enjoy all the benefits it has to offer.

Here are a few tips that can help you find time to do the meditation if you haven't already:

1. Swap screen time for meditation:

We could ALL do with less screen time, and you know it! You're probably on a screen most of the day anyway. Reduce your TV, social media and endless scrolling habits for your weekly meditation. You'll sleep better, feel more clarity and be proud of yourself.

2. Send it to your boss (or, perhaps you are the boss!):

Send the meditation to your co-workers or do it with them in a group. Suggest this is part of morning staff meetings so everyone in the office can chill out.

3. Switch up your morning routine:

I know mornings are rushed, but as many of the meditations are under 20 minutes, it will be well worth waking up a tad early, finding a quiet place and dedicating that time to yourself, before the day really starts and you'll be pulled in a million directions.

4. Listen to it while you do chores or commute:

While you're washing the dishes, in the shower or commuting to work, pop this on instead of social media scrolling or fretting over the day in your mind.

5. Practice with your family:

Sit up in bed with your partner, kids or furry friend and meditate together. You’ll teach everyone the joys of meditation and get some peace and quiet too!

I promise you, making meditation a regular part of your routine is worth it!

If you can, find a quiet location in your home or backyard that can be just your little private meditation sanctuary. Every time you see that spot you'll be reminded to meditate too!

Mindfully,

Gabriella
