The biggest challenge you're going to have in working with your unhelpful thinking style is that you don't even know an unhelpful thinking style has been activated.

This happens because it's so familiar, repetitive or background noise, that you don't know any different.

The second reason is that these unhelpful thinking styles are SO clever at convincing you that they're telling you the truth.

They're not, but that's why you get so upset.

Unhelpful thinking styles are a combination of beliefs, fears, avoidance, distraction and unhelpful attempts to protect you.

Oh, they try so hard to do good but get so lost along the way.
